OCR Land Holdings Sdn Bhd has launched its freehold high-rise serviced residences The Pano @ Jalan Ipoh with a gross development value of RM250 million.

The project that comes with 16 designs is targeted at young professionals and upgraders.

According to managing director Billy Ong Kah Hoe, these are units with a private garden as well as duplex and dual-key units, and the property development company wants the purchasers to experience the sights and sounds of the bustling KL city life from an elevated perspective.

The units, with built-ups from 609sq ft to 1,831sq ft, are priced from RM471,650 and offer layouts that complement the individual taste of buyers.

The Pano, situated on 1.8 acres along Jalan Ipoh, is a low-density development with only 363 units.

“We are pleased to bring to the market a further range of projects for the discerning who look for attractive investment opportunities. With such luxury serviced residences in a convenient location, we are offering premium quality combined with the assurance of strong financial returns,” Ong said.

The Pano is accessible via Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar, Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Kuching, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway, Karak Highway, Middle Ring Road 2, Jalan Ipoh and Jalan Sentul Pasar.

In addition to having established neighbours such as Gombak, Setapak, Mont Kiara and Hartamas, The Pano will also benefit from the Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 where the project is only about 300m from the Jalan Ipoh station.

“The Pano’s unique selling points include extensive and carefully designed lifestyle facilities such as sky gym, sky pool, children’s play area and outdoor cinema,” Ong added.
