ADITA TERRACES PROVES CITY FOLK ARE NOW WILLING TO LOOK FURTHER TO FIND IDEAL AND AFFORDABLE LIVING OPTIONS

Success for Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd’s (MCHB) latest project within the Sri Sendayan township in Negri Sembilan, doesn’t just say a lot about the appeal of the concept; it also suggests that buyers from the Klang Valley are finally looking at more affordable options outside their regular hunting grounds.

Within hours of its launch last weekend, Adita Terraces@Ara Sendayan offering landed residential homes managed to sell about 270 double-storey link units from its first phase.

MCHB managing director Datuk Lee Tian Hock said a large majority of those who booked units over the weekend were from the Kuala Lumpur and surrounding urban vicinities.

Over 8,000 houses of various types have already been built in the township.

He believes the response was so overwhelming because there is pent-up demand for reasonably priced and premium quality housing, and now, buyers are starting to look outside the traditional confines of the Klang Valley.

The launch, which was held at d’Tempat Country Club at Bandar Sri Sendayan attracted a horde of buyers who began queueing up as early as 3am at the club entrance. This was to not only take advantage of early bird discounts, but also get first dibs on preferred units.

“We were also confident that the units would be sold out quickly because the development, located on a hilltop, comes with very good fengshui,” said Lee.

He said the 2,398sq ft terraces are normally priced at RM618,888, but early birds to the launch event had an opportunity to just pay RM554,000.

However, the larger corner units would feature sizeable land areas, and therefore would be priced in access of RM1 million.

Lee explained that the RM800 million project, which will take shape on 190.3 acres, will be built over four phases. MCHB will launch the second phase of the project in a couple of months.

In total, there will be some 1,300 units of double-storey terraces as well as a limited number of semi-dees and bungalows at Adita Terraces@Ara Sendayan. The entire project is expected to be completed over the next three years.

MCHB has thus far built more than 8,000 houses of various types within the greater Bandar Sri Sendayan township. Currently, there are 2,000 more units that are under construction.
