RECENT PRIVATE EVENT REVEALS STRONG INTEREST FOR SP SETIA’S RIMBA VILLA
For the denizens of Klang Valley, property value now is beginning to be measured by the proposition of lifestyle quality, healthy surroundings and the promise of solace – respite from the hustle and bustle of urban living.
In that context, the prospect of living in solitude and bliss within a lush landscape of verdant forestry is certainly one that commands attention – which is why Rimba Villa in Shah Alam is getting plenty of it.
Located in SP Setia’s flagship township of Setia Alam, renowned for its forested surroundings, Rimba Villa is the latest offering from the leading developer showcasing modern tropical lifestyle.
Recently, the company unveiled Phase One of the project to over 300 invited guests who got first glimpse of the first 168 units of double-storey linked semi-dees on offer.
Rimba Villa is a 73-acre freehold residential project with a gross development value of RM645 million.
In total, it will comprise 430 double-storey linked semi-dees with built-ups of between 2,653sq ft and 2,769sq ft, and land sizes of 32ft by 75ft for each units.
SP Setia revealed that the units have an indicative price of about RM1.45 million each.
Slated for completion by 2020, the Rimba Villa collection offers four bedrooms and five baths in each unit. It also showcases distinct modern-tropical architecture and boasts spacious interiors.
Described as having a “pragmatic” layout by SP Setia, the home design features extensive use of glass – to accommodate ample natural lighting – and each unit comes with an exclusive roof garden that provides owners with their green nook.
Commenting on the recent private preview event, Setia Alam general manager Tan Siow Chung said the feedback proved to be “overwhelmingly positive”.
“Many guests gave their unmitigated approval for the exclusive location of the gated and guarded precinct next to an existing forest. Many also expressed their appreciation for the modern concept and design which gives the enclave its exclusive ambience,” he said.
Tan added that the surrounding ambience has been a big lure, as many of the guests enthusiastically participated in the site visit to experience the serenity of the area. They were appreciative of the prospect of a lifestyle that is enveloped in a forest setting.
“Rimba Villa is also located next to the entrance of the Setia Alam hiking trail, so residents will have direct access to the nature reserve,” Tan pointed out.
He said SP Setia meticulously ensured that the master plan required minimal earthworks so that the adjacent forest would be preserved.
When completed, Rimba Villa will have an exclusive residents’ clubhouse, which offers access to facilities such as a “Grove Gym” (an outdoor gym station or par course), a barbecue pit, bird-watching deck, swimming pool, wading pool, jogging track, children’s playground, raindrop pond, mini orchard and canopy tree house.
SP Setia is currently registering interest for the project and said that those who are interested to know more about the project can either call 03-33432255 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
