The affordable homes high-rise project comprises 1,700 apartment units that will be priced between the RM170,000 and RM270,000 range.
According to the developer, the project has already garnered strong interest following its launch earlier this week.

Among the facilities available are a multipurpose hall, two guard houses, green spaces for community wellness and a five-and-a-half storey car parking podium.
“The launch of Harmoni 1 reflects our continuous commitment to the nation in developing affordable housing to fulfil the demands of customers with medium to low household incomes,” Jauhari said.
