COMPANY CAN’T WAIT TO MOVE INTO NEW GREEN HQ IN LONDON

Fancy working here? Bloomberg’s scintillating European headquarters in the heart of the UK capital is poised to open this autumn.
The company of former New York City mayor Michael R. Bloomberg is moving into London to its 3.2-acre Bloomberg site.
It has about 500,000sq ft of sustainable office space illuminated with natural light and naturally ventilated with a large living green wall.
Designed by renowned architect firm Foster + Partners, the new HQ focuses on the creation of healthy, collaborative workspaces, according to green design website Inhabitat.
Bloomberg said in a statement he wanted to create a unique, sustainable building where the company’s 4,000 London employees would come to work every morning inspired to connect, collaborate and innovate.
Believing in openness, he said the building takes that to a new level as there is nothing like it in the world.
In addition to office space, the Bloomberg HQ will include two plazas featuring custom art, a restaurant arcade built upon an ancient Roman travel route, and a cultural hub that links the ancient Roman Temple of Mithras to its original site.
