The township of Puchong has seen tremendous expansion since its establishment in the 1980s with newer townships emerging within the greater Puchong area from once-abandoned land and former plantations, resulting in a population boom.
Clearly, Puchong is showing no signs of slowing down with the area seeing compounded growth with the rise of commercial, retail, office and residential developments.
The confidence is further reinforced with the rise of highways and light rail transit extensions that pass through major townships within Puchong, making accessibility and connectivity an added advantage for those who consider making this vibrant area their home.
Successful and sustainable townships such as Bukit Puchong by Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd (BHD) simply raised the benchmark in transforming what neighbourhoods today should be like – a well-balanced mix of residential, commercial and industrial properties complemented by public facilities to serve all walks of life.
This testament was further supported by the overwhelming response for sales for each phase that has been released within this township.
For instance, when BHD introduced its stratified component, Epic Residence, in the first half of 2014, more than 70 per cent of the units in the first block were snapped up within 48 hours.
Later that year, the company had a preview event for selected guests and 30 per cent of the second block were booked.
Epic Residence is a two-block 21-storey serviced apartment that consists of nine different designs with built-ups ranging from 624sq ft to 2,475sq ft.
It was then BHD decided to save the best for the last – the most treasured assets of Epic Residence, the exclusive duplex units also known as Signature Suites to be launched this weekend at the Bukit Puchong Gallery.
Visitors to the sales gallery will be able to preview and purchase the units and for the more discerning buyers, they will be able to place bookings for the penthouses dubbed Pinnacle Suites.
The development offers flexibility of choice for residents living on their own or with families, as options abound from studios to two- to three-bedroom units, duplex units or a five-plus-one penthouse, all within a safe living environment.
To ease purchases, BHD will be offering a 10 per cent rebate for Signature Suites while those interested in Pinnacle Suites will be given an early bird incentive of an additional RM25,000 rebate for limited units only.
Purchasers of up to 1,194sq ft will receive three complimentary parking bays while those who opt for the Signature Suites will be allocated four parking bays. Buyers of Pinnacle Suites will get five parking bays during this promotional week.
Adding icing to the cake, the developer will provide Signature kitchen fittings and complimentary air-conditioners in the units.
Epic Residence is targeted at young professionals, newly-married couples as well as investors looking for long-term capital appreciation.
General manager of sales and marketing, C.C Yeap said, “We are not holding anything back as we do want these units to be snapped up as quickly as possible. Going by responses to previous Epic Residence events, we have no doubt that we will have an overwhelming turnout yet again. As such, we would advise those serious about purchasing these exclusive units to come early to avoid any disappointment.”
Set in Bukit Puchong on 2.3 acres of prime freehold land, the RM180 million development is equipped with security essentials such a three-tier security system, 24-hour monitoring as well as access card to guardhouse, private lobby and basement carpark.
Residents can also enjoy the array of facilities that will be available at Epic Residence such as a half-Olympic-size infinity pool, wading pool, sunken sitting pit within the pool, children’s playground, gym, reading room, changing room, multi-purpose area, game room, kindergarten, convenience store and a nursery.
Given its dynamic location and easy access to highways and surrounding facilities, BHD is confident that Bukit Puchong will continue to grow into a commercial enclave in which residents can build an all-encompassing lifestyle.
Currently at 25,000, the population of Bukit Puchong is expected to rise to 60,000 in five years, with upcoming developments to look forward to. These include a badminton academy, a 10-acre central park as well as a commercial retail precinct.
