Mah Sing Group Bhd will be launching the final tower of its Lakeville Residence, Taman Wahyu this weekend at the Lakeville Lifestyle Sales Gallery, where purchasers will also be in the running to win lucky draw premium Apple products.
The two-day event will also showcase the BMW X5 (hybrid).
Mah Sing’s group managing director Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, “We are pleased to announce that Tower A and B are fully sold while Tower D, E, and F has a 90 per cent take-up rate. Based on previous launches, we are confident that the launch of the final tower will also receive positive response from the public.”
The final tower features 327 units and comes with eight different built-ups ranging from 977sq ft to 1,359sq ft. Units here are pegged from RM598,000.
The RM1.5 billion Lakeville Residence development consists of residential and retail components comprising six towers of residential suites as well as three- and four-storey retail shops and Small- office Flexible-offices (SoFo).
Situated on 12.38 acres of land, Lakeville Residence has a nature-themed facility podium that stands on 3.11 acres of lush landscaping featuring 38 different viewing points with 38 amenities to cater for all walks of life, making it one of Kuala Lumpur’s largest thematic facilities. Facilities here will be sited above the parking complex.
In addition, there is also a public park between the lake and the development as well as a clubhouse with amenities such as a meeting room and multi-purpose hall, plus a multi-tiered security system.
In tandem with its trademark of lavish landscaping, Mah Sing has allocated RM3.6 million to beautify the area surrounding the lake at Lakeville Residence as part of the initiatives under the River Of Life project.
Besides the existing convenient accessibility, the link road to Kepong is currently 70 per cent complete alongside the proposed link road to Tesco, which places the project only minutes away from matured townships with amenities such as public transportation, schools, commercial business centres, convenience stores and healthcare facilities.
The development is targeted to be completed by 2020.
