Following the successful sale of the first three residential blocks of the Jadite Suites project, developer Gamuda Land (the property arm of Gamuda Bhd) has now released the fourth to buyers.

The project, which is taking shape within the gated-and-guarded residential enclave of Jade Hills in Kajang, Selangor, is an exclusive serviced apartment project offering quality living standards and a host of lifestyle facilities.

According to Gamuda Land, units are offered in seven design options. Totalling 366 units built-ups range from 1,206sq ft to 1,464sq ft.

Facilities include a swimming pool, wading pool, changing rooms, a sauna and steam bath, Jacuzzi, playground, cafeteria, convenience and laundry shop, barbecue area, basketball court, par-course, gymnasium, yoga and aerobics room, herb garden, fragrance garden and reflexology area.

In constructing Jadite Suites, Gamuda Land has introduced new material innovations to improve the quality and look of the building façades, as well as the durability of the common facility area.

This outlook has led to the project achieving the highest Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) score for construction quality and workmanship in Malaysia, which was a score of 82.8 out of 100 under the residential high-rise building category.

Gamuda Land managing director Chow Chee Wah said, “The quality of our projects is a key priority and our focus is on doing things right. Since the adoption of CONQUAS in 2003, we have put in place even more stringent quality measures and requirements, which our contractors, consultants and suppliers have adhere to.”

“Our commitment to quality excellence, along with a good location, an ideal environment with the right mix and placement of social facilities as well as amenities, ensures sustainable value for our customers, both in terms of investment growth and an enhanced lifestyle,” he added.

Introduced in 1989, CONQUAS is administered by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore. It is widely recognised and accepted internationally as a benchmarking tool for quality.

“Jadite Suites adhered to the CONQUAS requirement for quality workmanship and has been rated as the highest scorer for high-rise residential building in Malaysia,” said BCA International project director, Tan Boon Kee.

New material innovations have earned the project the highest CONQUAS score for quality and workmanship.
