TH PROPERTIES Sdn Bhd recently launched the first phase of its residential development named Hundred East@enstek in its 5,119-acre Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan.
Its senior manager of marketing and sales Mohd Adlee Yusof said Hundred East@ enstek offers affordable spacious homes, which is targeted at professionals and young families who are looking for affordable luxury homes. He said prospective house buyers and long-term investors will find Hundred East@ enstek appealing, especially since the current market features more small built-up units coupled with higher cost per square feet.
“Bandar Enstek homes provide grander habitats for less. TH Properties is a well-established developer with a strong financial base and track record of delivering well-designed quality homes,” Adlee said. Hundred East@enstek comprises 100 units of two-storey link-homes, to be built over two phases. Phase 1 offers 46 units priced from RM574,400, with built-ups ranging from 2,120sf to 2,420sf. The first phase is slated for completion in November 2016 while the second phase is due in May 2017. Adlee said recent launches within the township development have been well-received and the group is optimistic about Hundred East@enstek. Bandar Enstek has a projected gross development value of RM9.2 billion and will be completed in 2025.
About 49% of the township has been developed and is currently home to more than 10,000 residents. Bandar Enstek is made up of four components, namely residential, institutional, commercial and industrial and is expected to cater to a total population of up to 150,000 residents upon completion. Supported by state-of-the-art facilities, amenities and infrastructure, Bandar Enstek is a fast maturing township in close proximity to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The award-winning township has been billed as the Prime Suburb of KLIA.
