With a key focus of building quality homes and prime commercial projects in strategic locations, Mah Sing Group Bhd is currently working on 46 projects spanning across various property hotspots in the country and it is showing no signs of slowing down.
Group managing director Tan Sri Datuk Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the group’s wide range of projects, namely in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru (Iskandar Malaysia), Penang and Kota Kinabalu, have established a good foundation for the group to continue its expansion in the coming years.
However, this year Mah Sing will be boosting its support for affordable housing with attractive pricing, where over 89 per cent of the group’s planned residential launches have been priced below the RM1 million threshold. According to the company, 68 per cent of its properties will be below RM700,000 and 50 per cent below RM500,000.
Moving forward, Mah Sing is planning to launch properties across in major urban hotspots, such as Cerrado Serviced Apartments in its Southville [email protected] South in Bangi with prices from RM368,000; Tower 3 at D’sara Sentral in Sungai Besi, indicatively priced from RM620,000; and the final tower of Lakeville Residence in Taman Wahyu.
In Penang, Mah Sing plans to launch its Ferringhi Residence Phase 2C with strata units indicatively priced from RM913,000 and the Greenway Residential Terrace Houses in Meridin East, Johor Bahru, from RM350,000.
Meanwhile, Mah Sing was recently awarded the BCI Asia Top 10 Developers award,making it the sixth time it has won the accolade.
