NEW PROJECT IN INDONESIA SHOWCASES LOCAL EXPERTISE ON THE COAST OF LOMBOK

Award-winning development company Selo Group, recently launched its trend setting precrafted designer villas, setting the pace for sustainable and cost-effective real estate anywhere in Indonesia.

“Managing the process of building a property can be daunting with the number of factors to consider, from hiring builders and contractors to dealing with delays,” said Selo Group Chief Executive Officer Andrew Corkery.

“We take care of all the essentials and offer a seamless path to owning a luxury villa in Indonesia, an incredible destination,” he said.

The Precrafted villas, located along the coast of Lombok in Indonesia, combine effortless luxury with the beauty of natural surroundings.

Each villa complements its location with panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows, an open layout with a private pool and deck, kitchenette, and expansive living spaces.

The properties feature thoughtful designs with a theme in mind, from villas with a Southern Californian-like charm to Surf Cabins and Surf Glampers for adventurous travelers looking for off-the-grid locations without sacrificing luxury comforts.

Individuals, couples, groups, or families seeking a secluded escape have several options to choose from, including studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom villas.

Head of design for the project Nino Osljanac, brings more than 15 years of experience in c and master planning to the table.  Osljanac specialises in designing luxury hotels, resorts, and bespoke villas and has a portfolio of award-winning hospitality properties across Asia.

The seamless process of experiencing one of Selo Group’s precrafted villa begins on the destination’s website, which combines the convenience of online shopping with the company’s hands-on approach.

Buyers can select their preferred villa type, choose any manufacturing upgrades and add-ons, and then pick an assembly option.  Following this, buyers can add the villa design to their shopping cart and submit the order.  A Selo Group team member will then reach out to process the order and act as a guide toward creating the customised haven.

As part of Selo Group’s core values, sustainability and environmental preservation are prioritised at every stage of the development process, from construction to delivery and beyond.  Building the projects off-site inside a custom facility eliminates exposure to the elements and minimises construction waste.

Limiting the time and activity on-site also reduces the environmental impact of the building process.

Since the materials are manufactured in advance, the precrafted villas are much quicker to build than traditional villas, avoiding unnecessary costs such as extended labor services or other unforeseen charges.

Any excess materials are recycled in-house, which is a considerable improvement on sending waste directly to a landfill from a traditional construction site.

Selo Group has a track record of success with a portfolio of villas and high-end resorts, including Selong Selo Resort & Residences, the group’s award-winning flagship resort and residences that opened on the scenic coast of South Lombok in Indonesia in 2016.

Selo Group’s precrafted villas are available from USD650 per square meter.  For more information and to inquire about purchasing a precrafted villa, please visit www.seloprecrafted.co.
