Award-winning developer Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd is launching its latest residential development, The Riyang, in the well-established neighbourhood of Happy Garden in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur.

The luxury condominium will feature family-friendly units and offer is easily accessibilty via its proximity to major highways that are linked to the vicinity. The site is also 1.1km away from the Kuchai Lama station of the MRT2 Sungai Buloh–Serdang–Putrajaya line.

The Riyang takes shape on one of Happy Garden’s last remaining freehold parcels.

The Riyang project sits on 2.03 acres of freehold land along Jalan Gembira and it comprises 212 residential units sized between 1,477sq ft and 1,884 sq ft. There will also be one dual-key unit measuring 2,798 sq ft.

The RM251 million condominium features a 35-storey tower with eight residential units on each level equipped with five lifts for reduced waiting time.

Each unit is designed with a minimum of three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a spacious yard area for laundry needs, and high ceilings for improved ventilation and natural lighting in all rooms.

Additionally, the dry and wet kitchens offer a generous functional work space, while an additional room for the family’s domestic helper offers added privacy for each family member. Each unit will also be allocated with two to three parking lots.

Competitively priced from RM830,000 to RM1.2 million (or RM550psf), Suntrack said The Riyang has already attracted a great deal of interest since it opened for private previews in June 2016.

The Riyang’s central location offers easy connection to major highways such as Jalan Klang Lama, the Sungai Besi Expressway, the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway, New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and the KL-Putrajaya Expressway (Maju Expressway).
