SP SETIA’S AWARD-WINNING ADDRESS HAS A NEW JEWEL IN ITS CROWN
After already having garnered much attention and recognition, Setia Eco Gardens in Johor has now been given renewed shine with the launch of the latest phase within the award-winning township.
Unveiled earlier this month, the Vallaris eco homes collection is the latest property offering within Setia Eco Gardens in the Choh district of Johor Bahru, a location that not only boasts vibrant surrounding greenery, but also advantageous proximity to the Singapore Second Link Expressway.
With nearly 14% of the land area within the development reserved as green zones, the Vallaris eco-homes will be surrounded by lush greenery and is located within a tranquil, idyllic rainforest setting.
General Manager of S P Setia (Property South) said interest in the double-storey terrace homes at Vallaris began early in the year, and thus far, the public reaction has been similar to the success the company had with popular launches this year – namely, Elata Nova at Setia Tropika (which is also in Johor).
At the launch on March 17, the unit selection process was open to purchasers and 50 early birds were offered a special discount.
In total, the project in the Eco Village 2 precinct offers 188 units of 20ft by 70ft homes with standard built-up areas of 1,801 sq ft. The units are priced from RM649,000 onwards.
“We are confident that the project will be well-received by discerning purchasers as Setia Eco Gardens is an award-winning development that is internationally recognised,” said Zulfakar.
The green township has won numerous awards for its innovative eco concept, architecture and landscaping. Notably, the township has won the international FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award twice; in the Best Master Plan Development category and its unique 28-acre park complex – Eco Greens has won in the Best Purpose-Built/Specialised Project category.
“We are especially proud of the 28-acre Town Park here that was inspired by the site’s undulating terrain and natural river contour, as well as the greenery of the surrounding forest. The Eco concept is predicated on a deep and proactive respect for nature, which includes restoration and nurturing of the indigenous flora and fauna. It offers more than the common recreational facilities found in other parks,” explained Zulfakar.
Setia Eco Gardens is also the home to a number of sanctuaries including a Fern Garden, Natural Pond, Bird Island and Butterfly Creek, which will not only be dedicated to propagating indigenous species of plants but also to provide a learning environment for the younger generation; in line with S P Setia’s LiveLearnWorkPlay development philosophy.
Setia Eco Gardens’ strategic location offer easy access to a network of highways. The Johor Bahru city centre is 20 minutes away via the Coastal Highway and Pontian Link, while getting to the Senai International Airport is also made simple via the North-South Highway, making the trip a 20-minute journey.
Currently, SP Setia is offering exclusive previews of the property and advised that those interested should call 07-555 2525, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain more information.
